Return & Refund Policy

At Drive&Deal, we strive to ensure that all transactions on our platform are transparent and fair. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for both business-to-consumer (B2C) and consumer-to-consumer (C2C) transactions.

 

1. B2C Transactions

For items purchased from businesses, the following rules apply:

1.   Right of Withdrawal:
Buyers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing a reason.

o    How to Return: Notify the seller via our platform’s messaging system and follow the return instructions provided.

o    Condition of Goods: The item must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, labels, and packaging intact.

2.   Refund Process:

o    Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the seller receives the returned item.

o    If the item is damaged or incomplete, the seller may deduct the corresponding amount from the refund.

3.   Defective or Misrepresented Items:
If the item is defective or does not match the description provided by the seller, buyers may request a return and full refund within 14 days of delivery.

 

2. C2C Transactions

For items purchased from private sellers, the following rules apply:

 

 

1.   Buyer Protection Against Unfair Listings:

o    If the item received is significantly different from the description provided in the listing (e.g., incorrect item, undisclosed defects), buyers may request a return and refund.

o    Timeframe: Buyers must submit their return request via our platform within 2 days of receiving the item.

2.   Return Process:

o    The buyer and seller will coordinate the return through our platform. The seller is responsible for providing a return address.

o    Once the seller confirms receipt of the returned item in the agreed-upon condition, the refund will be processed.

3.   Dispute Resolution:

o    If the buyer and seller cannot agree, the dispute will be escalated to Drive&Deal for mediation as outlined in our Dispute Resolution Policy.

 

3. General Terms for All Transactions (B2C & C2C)

1.   Shipping Costs:

o    For voluntary returns or change-of-mind cancellations, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon with the seller.

o    For defective or misrepresented items, the seller must bear the return shipping costs.

2.   Escrow Payments:

o    Refunds are issued only through our escrow system, ensuring both parties fulfill their obligations.

3.   Item Condition:

o    Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unless the return is due to a defect or misrepresentation.

4.   Abuse of Policy:

o    Drive&Deal reserves the right to suspend or ban users found misusing the Return & Refund Policy.
