4. Consumer Rights and Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from digital service agreements within 14 days, unless the service has been fully performed or consumed.

Drive&Deal reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of this agreement, illegal activities, or non-compliance with EU laws. Users will be notified of termination and the reasons for such action.

Our platform uses algorithms to recommend items based on user preferences and activities. You have the option to adjust recommendation settings.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union.

10. Dispute Resolution

We comply with the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. For disputes, please refer to our Dispute Resolution Policy.

11. Buying process

At Drive&Deal, we prioritize the security and convenience of our users by offering an escrow payment system designed to protect both buyers and sellers. We strongly recommend utilizing this system to ensure a seamless and safeguarded transaction experience. For this service, a 5% commission fee is applied.

To further streamline the process, we have established partnerships with recognized shipping providers, facilitating efficient and reliable delivery of items.

While we support and facilitate in-person meetings between buyers and sellers when mutually agreed upon, it's important to note that Drive&Deal is not responsible for any aspect of these personal exchanges.

We advise against sending products directly to buyers outside of our escrow system due to the increased risk of fraud. Utilizing our escrow service ensures that funds are securely held until all parties have fulfilled their obligations, providing peace of mind and protection for both buyers and sellers.
